Today (3rd), YG Entertainment revealed the MV teaser for WINNER’s 2nd title song ‘EVERYDAY’ which will release on April 4, through their official blog.
The teaser video was a shocking spoiler that revealed the song’s main choreography and chorus melody a day before its official release.
The unprecedented spoiler proved WINNER’s confidence in their upcoming release, and noticed another hit-song by WINNER coming up, following their previous hit ‘REALLY REALLY’.
The catchy chorus melody of ‘EVERYDAY’ makes the listeners hum the melody, just by hearing it once.
The beautiful scenery of Malibu, California and WINNER’s homme-fatal charms displayed in the directed cut teaser edited by Dave Meyers caught the viewers’ attention.
Members of WINNER performed groovy moves with female dancers with the clear view of Malibu Beach as the background, while displaying masculine charms with disciplined choreography during sunset.
Director Dave Meyers who previously directed the MV for ‘REALLY REALLY’ directed the new video once again, creating another masterpiece. Dave Meyers is a maestro director from the United States who recently won a ‘Grammy Award’.
WINNER who previously challenged the Tropical genre in the song ‘REALLY REALLY’ will challenge on the ‘Trap’ genre, which is currently popular among music fans worldwide. The lyrics of the song joyfully express the overflowing emotions of spending a day with a loved one.
On the song ‘EVERYDAY’, MINO previously hinted that it’s a ‘Challenge like WINNER but unlike WINNER’, while YOON raised curiosity by stating, “We challenged on the trendiest genre these days”.
WINNER’s 2nd official album ‘EVERYD4Y’ will be available through music streaming platforms on April 4 at 6 PM, while physical copies will be available starting from the 5th.
