iKON, “Overseas Tour Was Possible Due to Our Fans, Who Are Light and Salt… We’re Very Excited”
[OSEN=김은애 기자] iKON revealed their thoughts on the upcoming overseas tour, while they have recently noticed a speedy comeback.
iKON’s leader B.I thanked the fans by stating, “The overseas tour was possible thanks to our fans ‘iKonic’, who are like light and salt to us”.
CHAN also shared his thoughts by stating, “We’re very excited since we are performing in some of the cities for the first time. We would like to improve ourselves and perform in more countries, and more cities”.
iKON will kick off their ‘iKON 2018 CONTINUE TOUR’ in Seoul Olympic Gymnastics Stadium on August 18 at 5 PM, to meet the fans in Korea.
The concept of this concert is ‘A Road with No End’, which indicates iKON’s future path.
Prior to their first concert, YG Entertainment revealed a spot video of ‘iKON 2018 CONTINUE TOUR IN SEOUL’ today (24th) at 5 PM, noticing a high-quality performance. The video contained scenes from iKON’s previous concerts and their charismatic performances, gathering the attention from viewers.
iKON will visit 8 cities including Seoul, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Singapore, Manila, Jakarta,and Hong Kong. More cities will be announced in the future, and people are wondering which cities iKON will be additionally adding into their tour schedule.
As iKON announced an overseas tour in 9 months, many countries are excited to watch iKON perform.
Furthermore, iKON will also perform songs from their upcoming mini album ‘NEW KIDS:CONTINUE’ which will be released on August 2, which is raising anticipation by fans.
YG’s representative producer YANG HYUN SUK also revealed a spoiler from iKON’s upcoming MV through his social media today, gathering the global fans’ attention. YANG HYUN SUK wrote, “I don’t know if I should be uploading this MV spoiler. Official teaser coming soon”, noticing that new contents will be released soon.
