‘Comeback D-7’ iKON Reveals Teaser Poster for Sub Title Song ‘FREEDOM’
[스포츠조선닷컴=정유나 기자] After revealing the name of the title song ‘Killing Me’, iKON also revealed the title for the sub title song, ‘FREEDOM’.
Today (26th) at 4 PM, iKON raised the fans’ anticipations by revealing the teaser poster for ‘FREEDOM’ through YG’s official blog.
iKON’s leader B.I participated in the writing and composing of the sub title song ‘FREEDOM’, while BOBBY was also credited as a writer. People are curious about the song since members B.I, BOBBY, and JU-NE chose this song as their ‘favorite song’ from the album.
In the poster, members of iKON captured the eyes of viewers with their mature vibes. Their cold and indifferent looks in their faces took the hearts of fans, who are waiting for the new release.
iKON’s upcoming mini album ‘NEW KIDS:CONTINUE’ will be released on August 2. It will be the final edition of the trilogy series following ‘NEW KIDS:BEGIN’ released last year on May and ‘RETURN’ released back in January, and contains the meaning of continuing their passion and hard work.
The title song ‘Killing Me’ was written and composed by B.I and is expected to present freshness for the public due to the song’s different genre compared to iKON’s previous releases.
iKON maintained their no. 1 spot in music charts for 43 days with the song ‘LOVE SCENARIO’. Their long-run popularity recently created syndromes in kindergartens and elementary schools, giving iKON the nickname, ‘Elementary School President’.
People are wondering if ‘Killing Me’ and ‘FREEDOM’ will follow the path of ‘LOVE SCENARIO’ and become another mega-hit.
After releasing their album, iKON will meet the fans in Korea through their first concert of ‘iKON 2018 CONTINUE TOUR’ on August 18 at 5 PM, held in Seoul Olympic Gymnastics Arena.
