BLACKPINK’s MV for ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU’ Surpasses 500 Million Views
[이데일리 스타in 박미애 기자] BLACKPINK’s MV for ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU’ surpassed ‘500 million views’ in approximately 5 months, for the first time as a MV released by a K-Pop girl group.
The MV for ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU’ surpassed 500 million views on YouTube on November 25 at 4 PM. The MV was released on June 15 and reached the current view count in 162 days. BLACKPINK’s MVs for ‘AS IF IT’S YOUR LAST’ and ‘BOOMBAYAH’ surpassed 400 million views, while ‘WHISTLE’, ‘PLAYING WITH FIRE’, and ‘STAY’ surpassed 100 million views.
BLACKPINK previously held their first-ever ‘solo concert in Seoul’ since debut on the 10th and 11th to share special memories with the fans. After successfully completing their first solo concert in Seoul, BLACKPINK will go on a world tour next year on January, to perform in various cities around the world including Bangkok, Jakarta, Hong Kong, Manila, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Taipei.
