iKON to Appear on JTBC’s ‘Stage K’ Dream Star
[텐아시아=김하진기자] Group iKON will continue the K-wave popularity by appearing on JTBC’s K-Pop challenge program ‘Stage K’ as ‘Dream Stars’.
The production crew of ‘Stage K’ announced, “iKON has been confirmed to be the second Dream Stars of ‘Stage K’ and will watch the global participants passionately perform” on March 26.
iKON became hugely popular last year with the song ‘LOVS SCENARIO’. They also earned the nickname, ‘elementary school presidents’, with the high attention among elementary school students.
While staying active in and out of Korea, iKON performed at SXSW, the world’s largest music festival being held in Austin, on March 13.
‘Stage K’ is a program where participants from all around the world form teams and compete against teams from other nations through K-Pop dancing. The global K-Pop fans compete against each other fiercely to get on stage with the Dream Stars they’ve always dreamt about. iKON’s episode will air on April 14.
