BLACKPINK Successfully Completes North America Tour Concert in LA…”Fills Up 3 Floors”
[스포티비뉴스=강효진 기자] Group BLACKPINK’s concert in Los Angeles, the beginning of their North America tour, ended in success with the audience filling up 3 floors of the venue.
On April 17 at 8 PM(local time), BLACKPINK finished the first concert of their ‘BLACKPINK 2019 World Tour With Kia’ in success. The concert was held in the Forum, LA.
Right after the concert, a video was uploaded on BLACKPINK’s official Instagram account which showed the audience filling ip 3 floors of the venue, which grabbed the viewers’ attention.
After participating at ‘Coachella’, the biggest music festival of the US, for the first time as a Korean idol group, BLACKPINK proved their local popularity in the States once again. As the North America tour concerts are held in arenas with over 10 thousand seats, their upcoming schedules are expected to prove BLACKPINK’s ticket power.
With the video of the concert scene, BLACKPINK commented, “Thank you for a wonderful night, LA. We loved every moment in the city of Angels, and we were blessed. We love you, LA”.
Starting with their concert in LA, BLACKPINK will continue their 29 word tour concerts in 22 cities of 4 continents including Asia, North America, Europe, and Oceania. Their upcoming schedules include a concert in Chicago on the 24th, in Hamilton on the 27th, in Newark next month on the 1st, Atlanta on the 5th, and in Fort Worth on the 8th.
