BLACKPINK’s MV for ‘BOOMBAYAH’ Surpasses 600M Views… Best Record Among All K-Pop Groups
[헤럴드POP=박서현기자] BLACKPINK’s MV for ‘BOOMBAYAH’ surpassed 600M views on YouTube, as of May 23 at 7:25 AM.
BLACKPINK has now become the only K-Pop group to hold two MVs with over 600M views, along with their MV for ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU’ which recently surpassed 800M views.
The MV for ‘BOOMBAYAH’ which notified the debut of BLACKPINK, the ‘monster rookies’ on August 8, 2016 has been steadily increasing its view count, although the MV has been out for over 3 years, proving the group’s global popularity.
In addition, the MV for ‘AS IF IT’S YOUR LAST’ is also expected to surpass 600M views soon, as its view count is currently at 597.2M views as of May 23 at 8 AM.
