EUN JIWON to Make Comeback on the 27th… First Comeback as a Solo Artist in YG

On June 6 at 11 AM, YG Entertainment officially announced EUN JIWON’s comeback date by unexpectedly uploading EUN JIWON’s solo teaser poster through their official blog.
In the poster, EUN JIWON revealed his charisma through extreme styling. The phrase ‘2019. 06. 27’ written on the teaser notified his comeback date.
While the poster notified EUN JIWON’s comeback with the phrase ‘EUN JIWON SOLO’, details such as the album title or format have not been fully revealed, raising the viewers’ curiosities.
There are no information other than that it will be EUN JIWON’s first-ever solo album released from YG and its release date, it is expected that the album will contain multiple songs since EUN JIWON has been preparing to make his solo comeback for a long time.
EUN JIWON made debut back in 1997 as SECHSKIES, and released multiple hits such as ‘Pomseng Pomsa’ and ‘Couple’. His solo tracks such as ‘Drunk in Melody, ‘Mi Casa’, ‘8t. Truck’, and ‘Adios’ were also hit songs loved by the public.
SECHSKIES’s reformation began after the group appeared on ‘Infinity Challenge’ back in 2016, and eventually made a successful comeback after signing with YG Entertainment. Their double title songs including ‘SOMETHING SPECIAL’ and ‘SMILE’ from their 5th album ‘ANOTHER LIGHT’ released in 18 years not only topped various music charts but also lined up their songs in the top 10, proving the group’s massive popularity.
EUN JIWON is currently meeting the public with his joyous charms by appearing on various entertainment programs, as well as preparing his solo comeback.
