BLACKPINK ROSÉ’s Carol Cover Song at No. 1 on YouTube’s Trending Worldwide List for 2 Days

ROSÉ’s reinterpretation of Nat King Cole’s ‘The Christmas Song’ maintained its no. 1 spot on YouTube’s Trending Worldwide list for 2 consecutive days, proving her massive influential power once again.
ROSÉ’s cover of ‘The Christmas Song’ was uploaded on YouTube on December 18 at 6 PM. As of December 20, at 9 AM, the video surpassed 3.6 million views on YouTube. Global fans responded to ROSÉ’s unrivaled reinterpretation of the song by writing, “It’s beautiful”, “Voice of an angel”, and “ROSÉ’s vocals are unique” in their own languages.
Furthermore, US Billboard and UK Metro also praised ROSÉ’s carol cover song and mentioned the heated responses of fans by writing, “ROSÉ’s fantastic vocals created harmony with the music” and that “Nat King Cole wouldn’t have imagined that his song can be reinterpreted in such a beautiful way”.
BLACKPINK, the group ROSÉ is part of, made meaningful results through activities in and out of Korea and established themselves as a top global girl group.
Their song ‘KILL THIS LOVE’ released on April was selected as the ‘Music Video of the Year’ by Pitchfork, the globally acknowledged music magazine.
