TREASURE’s Speedy Comeback from ‘BOY’→’I LOVE YOU’… Will Lead Up Their Global Popularity

Today at 6 PM, TREASURE will release their second single album ‘THE FIRST STEP : CHAPTER TWO’ and return to the K-Pop scene. It will be in 42 days since they’ve released their first single album ‘THE FIRST STEP : CHAPTER ONE’ on August 7.
TREASURE revealed their presence on various global charts with their title song ‘BOY’, which is uncommon among rookies. The song ‘BOY’ topped iTunes Top Song charts in 19 different countries, topped the Daily chart of Line Music, which is Japan’s biggest music platform, and even topped China QQ Music’s Top Rising chart.
TREASURE was also placed on the top ranks of US Billboard’s ‘World Digital Song Sales’ and ‘Emerging Artists’ charts. The group has even entered Billboard’s ‘Social 50’ chart, which is an indicator of global presence, as no. 40 even before making debut, and has rose up to no. 4 on the 15th, proving their strong global presence.
While rapidly increasing their popularity with their debut album, TREASURE will solidify their global popularity by making a speedy comeback.
After leaving a strong impression with their debut song ‘BOY’ with catchy beats and powerful group moves, TREASURE will present fierceness in a new dimension with boyish charms and freshness added on top, through their upcoming single ‘I LOVE YOU’.
‘I LOVE YOU’ is a Dance Pop genre song with faster and stronger sounds than their debut song ‘BOY’. The lyrics state about purely moving straight for the one you love, while the phrase ‘I love you’ repeating throughout makes the song sound catchier.
Furthermore, since their stage outfits will be school uniforms, it is expected that the teen-crush charms of TREASURE, the group with an average age of 18, will be added on top to grab the global fans’ hearts.
