YG “BLACKPINK LISA’s Solo Debut Song ‘LALISA’ is A Powerful Hip-hop Genre Song
[텐아시아=우빈 기자] The track list for BLACKPINK LISA’s first solo single album ‘LALISA’ has been unveiled.
According to YG Entertainment on the 6th, LISA’s solo single album contains two songs, the title ‘LALISA’ and ‘MONEY’. When including the instrumental tracks for the two songs, there are a total of 4 tracks.
Along with TEDDY, a representative producer of YG THE BLACK LABEL, 24, Bekuh, BOOM, R Tee, and Vince each listed their names in the album’s Lyrics·Composer·Arrangement section.
Attention is being drawn to what kind of synergy they’ll create with LISA as a ‘solo artist’ as they’ve been producing hit-songs such as BLACKPINK’s ‘WHISTLE’, ‘Kill This Love’, and ‘Pretty Savage’ together.
Her visuals in the tracklist poster are also drawing attention as LISA is wearing a motorbike helmet. As an image of a motorbike appeared earlier in her ‘LALISA’ lyric poster, fans are making assumptions of the general atmosphere of the song and her acting of actions scenes within the music video.
YG hinted that “Both the title song ‘LALISA’ and ‘MONEY’ have dynamic rhythms and melodies, and is a hip-hop genre where her unstoppable rap skills can be showcased.” It also added “It’s about time for LISA’s determination and abilities as a singer to shine through”.
Meanwhile LISA’s solo album ‘LALISA’ is set to be unveiled on the 10th of September. It will be released at 12am EDT and 1pm KST. She will meet fans first through a ‘COUNTDOWN LIVE’ session which will be broadcast simultaneously through NAVER V LIVE and TikTok live an hour ahead of the release.
