[OSEN=지민경 기자] Attention is being paid to group iKON as their popularity in Japan is soaring day by day.

According to YG Entertainment on the 20th, iKON’s Japanese album ‘FLASHBACK [+ i DECIDE]’ took the first chart on Line Music’s Album TOP 100 Weekly Chart (2022.7.13.~2022.7.19.).

They also placed in the top rank of Oricon’s Weekly Album Chart (2022.7.11.~2022.7.17.), making their presence clear among established artists.

The Japanese version of the album’s title-song ‘BUT YOU’, which was released prior to the release of the physical album, swept real-time charts of major local music sites, and was also listed on the top spot of Rakuten’s Weekly Chart.

iKON recently expanded their Japanese tour schedule ((iKON JAPAN TOUR 2022), thanks to the enthusiastic reponses from local fans, and will perform 3 more sessions at OSAKA JO Hall on the 22nd and 23rd of October.

It was found that all 3 concert sessions held at World Memorial Hall in Kobe and the last concert session held in Tokyo’s National Yoyogi Stadium was completely sold out.

Meanwhile there’s a total of 12 songs listed on iKON’s Japanese album. These include all songs from iKON’s 3rd and 4th mini album, the Japanese version of digital-single ‘Why Why Why’, and the Korean version of ‘AT EASE’ has been listed as a bonus track.
