2NE1’s “CRUSH”, the most popular album on Billboard

[OSEN=김경주 기자] 2NE1’s 2nd full album “CRUSH” became the most popular girl group album selected by the American Billboard.
On May 3, Billboard.com announced that “CRUSH” ranked #1 in the most popular album category, the result based on a survey asking the readers to choose the best girl group album. It was part of the “Girl Group Week” Billboard was carrying out.
According to Billboard, 2NE1’s “CRUSH” received 22% of the votes, surpassing that of Little Mix’s “DNA” and Spice Girls’ “Spice.”
2NE1 was also voted as the most fashionable group, receiving 31% of the vote, beating Spice Girls and Destiny’s Child.
2NE1 also broke the record of K-Pop history previously on Billboard’s main chart Billboard 200.
