WINNER’s Debut: Korea in August & Japan in September, launches a tour
[TV리포트=김예나 기자] WINNER officially announced that they will be making a debut in South Korea in August, and in Japan in September.
WINNER’s agency YG uploaded on its official blog on August 1 a teaser video clip. The members showcased themselves as a classy idol group, breaking away from their old rookie trainee selves.
After holding a Launching Show on August 6, WINNER will unveil their tracks on August 12 while releasing an offline version on August 14.
This will be followed by the “2014 S/S -Japan Collection-“ that will be held in Japan on September 10 through YGEX. In celebration of this, WINNER is to conduct a “High Touch & Talk” event at Namba Hatch on August 27 and at Shinagawa Stera Ball on August 28.
WINNER will also be launching “WINNER 1st JAPAN TOUR 2014,” a tour in Japan. After releasing their debut album in Japan, they kick start the tour at ZEPP TOKYO on September 11 and will move on to ZEPP SAPPORO on September 23, ZEPP FUKUOKA on September 28, ZEPP NAGOYA on September 30 and October 1, ZEPP NAMBA on October 3 and 4, and lastly at ZEPP TOKYO on October 10 and 11. They are scheduled to travel across 5 cities for 11 performances.
WINNER is also performing on August 29 at Tokyo Ajinomoto Stadium for the “a-nation island & stadium fes. 2014 powered by in Jelly,” where BIGBANG is appearing as the headliner.
