2014 MAMA: Vocal Performance TAEYANG + Ailee
[OSEN=정준화 기자] At the 2014 MAMA, Ailee won the female part and TAEYANG the male part of the Vocal Performance category.
Ailee and TAEYANG were at the awards night held at 8pm on Dec 3 where they received the awards.
The female nominees were Baek Ji Young, IU, Ailee, Yun Ha and Lee Sun Hee. And Ailee seized victory with “Singing Got Better.”
She commented, “Thank you for giving me such a special award. I will make more good music.”
The male nominees for the category were Kim Dong Ryul, Roy Kim, K.Will, TAEYANG and Whee Sung. TAEYANG championed with his “EYES, NOSE, LIPS.”
He said, “I thank my parents for gifting me this voice. And I thank my fans who love my voice.”
A total of 18 categories of awards will be given at the 2014 MAMA, which will be aired across 4 continents of Asia, Europe, North American and Oceania. The official website of MAMA will also stream it live.
