iKON will Hold Additional Concerts for their Japan Tour

[텐아시아=유찬희 인턴기자] Thanks to the fervent response to their second arena tour, iKON has decided to hold an additional concert.
On August 26, YG Entertainment announced that it has received many requests for more tickets to iKON’s second arena tour “iKON JAPAN TOUR 2016” and that iKON will hold add another concert to its tour. The additional concert will be held at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Tokyo on October 26.
“iKON JAPAN TOUR 2016” will kick off at Makuhari Messe, Chiba on September 10-11. A total of 16 concerts will be held in six cities, and 176,000 people are expected to come to iKON’s concerts.
iKON released their Japan debut album “WELCOME BACK” on January 13, and the album became no.1 on Oricon’s daily CD chart. iKON successfully finished their first arena tour, “iKONCERT 2016 SHOWTIME TOUR IN JAPAN, earlier in the year. The group held concerts in a number of cities including Fukuoka, Tokyo, Kobe, Chiba, and Osaka and drew 146,000 people, which is remarkable considering that iKON is only a rookie and that it was their first tour.
On August 27, iKON will perform at the Ajinomoto Stadium for the A-nation Stadium Festival powered by dTV and meet their Japanese fans.
