“Comeback D-1” iKON released new photos… Along with track list of new album
[동아닷컴=정희연 기자] iKON released new photos, one day before their comeback.
On May 21 in the morning, YG Entertainment unveiled seven cuts of images that well-reveal the appeals of each member of iKON, on the company’s official blog (www.yg-life.com). In the photos, iKON members catch the eyes with their chic expressions and upgraded visual appeals.
The photos also display new English names of the members of iKON: BOBBY, JU-NE, SONG, B.I, JAY, CHAN, and DK. iKON decided to give themselves new English names, in line with the concept of their new album “NEW KIDS” which represents “new beginning” and “new style”.
The track list of iKON’s new album has also been unveiled along with the photos. According to the track list, iKON’s new single album will have double title tracks: “BLING BLING” and “B-DAY”. B.I and BOBBY took part in writing the lyrics ad melody of both of the two songs.
iKON will open fire for their new concept “NEW KIDS” with the new songs. Starting from their new album, iKON will continue to actively present themselves to the public during this year.
On May 21, iKON already stood under a big spotlight by unveiling two teaser films of “BLING BLING”. Now, with the release of new images and track list of their new album, iKON is drawing keen attention once again, further raising fans’ anticipation for their comeback. “BLING BLING” and “B-DAY”, the double title tracks of iKON’s new single album, will be released on May 22 at 6PM along with their music videos.
Meanwhile, iKON finished the first show of their first Japan dome tour “iKON JAPAN DOME TOUR 2017” in a great success on May 20 at Osaka Kyocera Dome. After writing an unprecedented record of the shortest-ever period of time for a foreign artist to hold a dome tour in Japan, iKON will resume their Japan dome tour on June 17 at Saitama MetLife Dome (former Seibu Prince Dome).
