TAEYANG’s world tour successfully began in Chiba, Japan… Captivated 50,000 fans
[스포츠조선닷컴=정유나 기자] BIGBANG’s TAEYANG successfully began his second world tour “TAEYANG 2017 WORLD TOUR ‘WHITE NIGHT’”.
TAEYANG kicked off the world tour at ZOZO Marine Stadium in Chiba, Japan, on July 8 and 9. The show for the two days captivated 50,000 fans.
TAEYANG heated up the atmosphere at the stadium by performing his hit songs including “You’re my” and “I need a girl”. TAEYANG presented perfect live performances of total 19 songs.
Notably, TAEYANG’s flagship sentimental vocal and appeals were maximized in the performance of “EYES, NOSE, LIPS” that enjoyed global popularity and swept No.1 on music charts in and out of the country. The disciplined group dance and dynamic charisma presented in the performance of “RINGA LINGA” electrified the audience as well.
TAEYANG made the audience give explosive exclamation by saying, “Today, the sun will never set because you have me. Let’s brighten up the sky together”.
“WHITE NIGHT”, the title of TAEYANG’s tour, refers to the natural phenomenon of the sun that does not set even in the night and symbolizes TAEYANG’s long and successful career in the music scene. Just like the title, TAEYANG’s tour displayed TAEYANG’s unchanged passion for music.
From the set list, stage, video, lighting, and band to all the details of the stage production, TAEYANG reflected his own ideas to further raise the quality of his tour. TAEYANG will boast his further-upgraded talent and potential in the tour.
TAEYANG will continue with his tour in Kobe, Japan, on August 5 and 6. On August 26 and 27, TAEYANG will host his first solo concert in Korea in three years, at Jamsil Gymnasium in Seoul.
