WINNER Receives Award from Golden Disk Awards “We Will Receive More to Make the Fans Happy”
[매경닷컴 MK스포츠=안하나 기자] WINNER received a trophy from the ‘Golden Disk Awards’.
On Day 1 of the ‘32nd Golden Disk Awards’ held on January 10 at Gyeonggido Goyang-si Ilsan Kintex, artists received awards for the best digital releases in 2017. Singer Lee Seungki and Actress Lee Sungkyung hosted the awards.
After receiving the award, WINNER stated, “We would like to thank the staff members”, and added, “We also appreciate the fans that supported our music”.
They continued, “Receiving awards is not everything, but we will receive more and make the fans happy”.
WINNER also received a trophy on behalf of BIGBANG, who could not participate. YOON stated, “We congratulate our seniors. We’ll deliver the trophy”.
Meanwhile, top-artists in Korea including BTS, Wanna One, TWICE, WINNER, Girlfriend, Heize, BTOB, Red Velvet, IU, and Yoon Jongshin made appearance in the awards ceremony
