On December 23, YG’s representative producer YANG HYUN SUK wrote, “iKON’s New Kids Repackage Album release date will be early January’ through his Instagram account.
iKON is preparing for a repackage album that contains a new song that will continue the syndrome of ‘LOVE SCENARIO’. iKON’s repackage album was set to be released on December 31 to finalize the year 2018, but was delayed to early January to raise completeness of the album.
Representative producer YANG HYUN SUK revealed, “iKON’s New Kids Repackage Album release date is planned to be early January”. He added, “The official schedule will be announced soon”.
Meanwhile, iKON became the group with the biggest hit of 2018 with ‘LOVE SCENARIO’. ‘LOVE SCENARIO’ that received heated love with catchy melodies has dominated real-time music charts for 43 consecutive days since its release. B.I who composed ‘LOVE SCENARIO’ received the Songwriter of the Year award on the ‘2018 Melon Music Awards’, while ‘LOVE SCENARIO’ received the ‘Best Song of the Year’ award.
