Behind-the-Scenes From iKON’s Fan Signing Event “We’ll Meet the Fans Without Break This Year”

On February 1, YG Entertainment revealed the behind-the-scenes video from the fan signing event held to celebrate the release of iKON’s new repackage album, ‘THE NEW KIDS’, through their official social media account.
The video contained the scenes from iKON’s fan signing event which gathered numerous people last month on the 12th in Times Square, Yeongdeungpo. The fans from not only Korea but also overseas gathered to meet iKON, proving the group’s global influence.
BOBBY shared his thoughts by stating, “I feel good”, while CHAN added, “I hope the people who couldn’t make it this time get invited next time”.
JAY and JU-NE wore ear-moving character hats and heart shaped sunglasses gifted by the fans, making the people smile. Leader B.I took a group photo while holding a large placard with his name written on it.
After presenting various fan services, the members stated, “This year will be a full year without break”. They also added, “He hope another opportunity will soon come so we can meet again”.
iKON’s repackage album swept charts in and out of Korea as soon as it was released. The title song ‘I’M OK’ topped iTunes charts in 12 different regions including Malaysia, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Vietnam. They also topped album charts in 7 different regions.
iKON also proved their popularity in Japan by dominating no. 1 spots on the Japan iTunes K-Pop Album chart, K-Pop Song chart, and Pop chart. Furthermore, they also proved their influence in the China region by topping the K-Pop MV chart of QQ Music, which is China’s largest music platform.
