BLACKPINK’s ‘KILL THIS LOVE’ Chosen as the Biggest, Boldest Song of the Year

[이데일리 스타in=윤기백 기자] Group BLACKPINK’s ‘KILL THIS LOVE’ was selected as the best song, once again.
GQ, the British fashion magazine, announced ‘The biggest, boldest songs of 2019’ list which included 10 songs on December 29(local time). BLACKPINK’s ‘KILL THIS LOVE’ was ranked at no.9. Among releases by global Pop stars such as Lizzo, Billie Eilish, and Dua Lipa, ‘KILL THIS LOVE’ was the only song released by a K-Pop artist. GQ praised BLACKPINK by writing, “Whenever people in my life suggest they don’t like K-Pop, the litmus test is always “Kill This Love”. They added, “It took BLACKPINK to a whole new level”.
The music video for ‘KILL THIS LOVE’ has previously been listed on Pitchfork’s ‘The Best Music Videos of 2019’ list.
