TREASURE Presents Lyric Poster… Reveals Partial Lyrics of Title Track ‘MY TREASURE’
[매경닷컴=손진아 기자] YG’s rookie group TREASURE revealed part of the lyrics of their title track ‘MY TREASURE’, grabbing the people’s attention.
On January 5, YG Entertainment uploaded 3 lyric posters with photos of members SO JUNG HWAN, CHOI HYUN SUK, and YOON JAE HYUK through their official blog.
In the fresh blue-tone background, the members were brightly smiling and showing handsome visuals. The revealed pure boyish beauty while being in harmony with balloons, making the fans smile.
Furthermore, the phrases marked next to the members made the viewers look forward to the messages of ‘MY TREASURE’, the title track with the bright and hopeful mood.
‘Fresh like we woke up from a dream’ ‘It’s alright it’s going to be okay’ ‘Like the fresh sky waits for us’ look as if it will raise many people’s empathy.
Regarding the song, YG introduced, “The song’s lyrics contains meaning that everyone is a unique treasure-like being, which gives a hopeful message of ‘Let’s cheer up in hard times. The sun will rise and shine again tomorrow’”.
‘MY TREASURE’ is known to be a bright Pop genre song being presented by TREASURE for the first time. Rappers CHOI HYUN SUK, YOSHI, and HARUTO added sincerity by participating in writing the lyrics of the song.
All songs from TREASURE’s first album ‘THE FIRST STEP : TREASURE EFFECT’ will be released on the 11th at 6 PM. The album will contain a total of 12 tracks, while TREASURE plans to meet the fans 2 hours prior to the release of their album, on the 11th at 4 PM, through the Naver V LIVE ‘COUNTDOWN PARTY’.
