iKON’s ‘Why Why Why’ Remains No. 1 on Major Japanese Charts

iKON’s digital single ‘Why Why Why’ was ranked at no. 1 on Japan Rakuten Music’s Daily Cart on March 9, as of 9 AM. They are ranked at no. 1 on the according chart for 5 consecutive days.
After maintaining their top spot on Rakuten music’s real-time comprehensive rankings, iKON has been maintaining their no. 1 spot firmly, even on the daily charts. It shows the Japanese fans’ unchanged passion and love towards iKON.
iKON not only topped the Japan Oricon chart as soon as they’ve made debut, but also created a sensation by winning rookie of the year awards at the ‘Japan Golden Disc Awards’ and the ‘Japan Record Awards’. Furthermore, they have accumulated a total audience of over 1 million through the ‘iKON JAPAN TOUR 2019’.
The entire globe is paying keen attention on iKON’s comeback. The song topped iTunes Song charts in 10 different countries and was placed on the top ranks of QQ Chart, the biggest music chart in China, which proved iKON’s global presence. The song was also placed on the top ranks of major Korean music charts including Bugs and Genie, living up to the fans’ expectations.
