Japanese Vogue editor’s post on CL’s “The Baddest Female” shows she’s gone global

[enews24 이진호 기자] Anna Dello Russo, a world-renown fashionista and the editor of Vogue Japan introduced CL’s music video of “The Baddest Female,” which is drawing much attention from all corners of the world.
Anna Dello Russo posted a photograph from CL’s music video, where the newly debuted artist stands in a ghetto setting with her hand resting on the wall. The captured scene was uploaded on the editor’s personal website (http://www.annadellorusso.com/) and twitter, and written with the photo was “THE BADDEST FEMALE.”
CL, who in the past inspired world famous designers like Jeremy Scott and Castel Bajac, has now captured the heart of Anna Dello Russo.
Anna Dello Russo, once the editor for Vogue Italy, is now working for the Japanese edition of the magazine. She was born in 1962, but despite her age, her confident fashion sets her apart and she is an icon for the fashion world.
Photographers yelling out “Anna!” at every Fashion Week, in an attempt to capture her in a picture, is nothing new. Last year, she unveiled a collaborative collection work with a global brand, which shows her immense influence in the fashion world.

In the music video, CL dresses up in 15 different outfits, starting from the well-known futuristic Greek female soldier to street fashion. She pulls every outfit off, which is another aspect of entertainment for the fans.
CL’s new song will be performed for the first time on SBS’s music program Inkigayo on June 2. Fans are excitingly waiting for the return of the fashionable female rapper with her debut song.
