BABYMONSTER, Adds Dates to Their First World Tour Showing Impressive Growth
[뉴스1=고승아 기자] Group BABYMONSTER, currently on their first world tour, is set to expand their number of performances.
Their agency, YG Entertainment, announced on the 28th that they will add one more show each in Kanagawa, Japan, Hong Kong, and Taipei to the ‘2025 BABYMONSTER 1st WORLD TOUR “HELLO MONSTERS.”’ The decision comes as the initial scheduled dates were quickly sold out due to explosive demand, leading to a flood of inquiries for additional performances. As a result, BABYMONSTER will now meet fans locally in Kanagawa from April 11-13, in Hong Kong from May 24-25, and in Taipei from June 28-29.
According to YG, the performances in Kanagawa and Aichi, which kicked off the Japanese tour, were so popular that even seats with limited visibility were sold out, sparking a popularity whirlwind locally.
Since the world tour began in earnest in January, members’ solid skills have been the talk among global audiences. The high-quality performances, which include a powerful set list delivered entirely with handheld microphones, have been continuously praised, promising even greater enthusiasm in the future.
Meanwhile, BABYMONSTER is currently undertaking their debut first world tour across 20 cities with 32 shows. Starting in Seoul and moving through North America and various parts of Japan, they are set to connect with fans globally, including newly added North American cities such as Toronto, Rosemont, Atlanta, Fort Worth, Oakland, and Seattle.
