“We won’t forget tonight”… Toronto goes wild for ‘YG’s Next-Gen’ BABYMONSTER
[스포츠서울=이승록 기자] BABYMONSTER ignited Toronto—the first stop of their second North American tour, further solidifying their presence once again.
On August 30 (local time), BABYMONSTER held the ‘2025 BABYMONSTER 1st WORLD TOUR – HELLO MONSTERS’ at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Canada. Despite it being their first visit to Canada since debut, over 10,000 fans gathered, proving the exceptional attention and anticipation surrounding the group.
BABYMONSTER opened the show with commanding charisma, launching into the newly rearranged band version of ‘DRIP’, kicking off the performance with high energy. They then delivered overwhelming live stages of ‘BATTER UP’, ‘CLIK CLAK’, ‘LIKE THAT’, and ‘SHEESH’, drawing the audience into a frenzy.
In particular, they unveiled the stage for their new song ‘HOT SAUCE’ for the first time on tour, filling the venue with a bright and lively energy. Solo stages that highlighted each member’s unique charm, along with cover performances of ‘Kill This Love’ and ‘As If It’s Your Last’ infused with BABYMONSTER’s distinct style, added a layer of excitement that completely captivated the audience.
Above all, their upgraded stage presence throughout the tour was especially notable. Their unwavering live vocals, combined with finely tuned emotional expression, made it impossible to take your eyes off them. Their interaction with the audience, perfectly timed to elicit cheers, showcased their growth as artists.

Having officially kicked off their second North American tour with this Toronto concert, BABYMONSTER is heading to Rosemont on the 2nd (local time). The group will then continue to Atlanta, Fort Worth, Oakland, and Seattle, performing in a total of 6 cities with 6 shows. They also plan to release their second mini album on October 10, keeping their schedule packed through the second half of the year.
