“World Star” PSY Has Determined His Worldwide Comeback in April, with Multiple Songs

According to music insiders on the 18 this month, PSY has decided to come back in this coming April. PSY will meet his fans around the world one year after the release of “GENTLEMAN” in last April.
On the 18, a music insider said to Star News, “There have been words about the time of PSY’s comeback, but he has recently confirmed to come back in April. PSY is staying in the United States right now and he is discussing the schedule after his comeback with the staff there”.
The insider went on to say, “We are now discussing the exact date for his comeback, but it’s certain that his comeback will be made during April. Since PSY is a so-called world star, his comeback will be made worldwide, too”.
The insider added, “Unlike when ‘GENTLEMAN’ was released, PSY will disclose multiple songs for this upcoming comeback. He will disclose one song first, and then will disclose other new songs in turn with rather short intervals”.
“PSY has committed himself to the works for the new songs for the past eight months. As PSY’s new songs have drawn much popularity every time during the World Cup season, people have higher expectations for his new songs that will be disclosed before the Brazil World Cup in June this year”, added the insider.
After earning his title as a world star with the great hit of “GANGNAM STYLE” in 2012, he created a sensation again with “GENTLEMAN” last year, proving that he is not a “one hit wonder” that disappears after making only one hit.
Plus, it has been already known that PSY shot the music video of one of his new songs with world-famous hip-hop artist Snoop Dogg in Songdo, Incheon, and that BIGBANG member G-DRAGON and 2NE1’s CL appear in the music video as special guests. Therefore, fans in and out of the country are paying all the more attention to PSY’s comeback scheduled for April.
Meanwhile, PSY’s label YG Entertainment is remaining cautious about PSY’s comeback in April, neither acknowledging nor denying the speculation about PSY’s comeback.
