Which YG Artist will make a Comeback on April 7?
[스타뉴스 길혜성 기자] As YG Entertainment (YG), one of Korea’s biggest record labels and talent agencies, officially announced that one of its artists will make a comeback on April 7, attention is turning to who will be the artist.
At around 3 p.m. on March 21, YG posted a teaser image that says “WHO’S NEXT 2014.04.07” on its blog, YG LIFE.
The teaser image hints that another YG artist will make a comeback for the second time in 2014 on April 7 following 2NE1 (CL, DARA, MINZY, and BOM), who has been topping all music charts with their 2nd regular album that they released in late February.
There are currently many candidates who are expected to make a comeback.
Among the YG artists, a global star PSY is scheduled to make a worldwide comeback in April.
WINNER (Kang Seung Yoon, Lee Seung Hoon, Kim Jin Woo, Song Min Ho, and Nam Tae Hyun), the first boy band that YG has put together since BIGBANG eight years ago, was originally scheduled to release a debut album at the end of February, but the date got postponed as they needed more time perfecting the album. The release of their debut song is reportedly imminent.
BIGBANG’s TAEYANG has been also continuously working on his new solo album.
However, since there are many more YG artists other than mentioned above, it remains to be seen who will be the next one to make a comeback on April 7.
