JINUSEAN’s New Song “TELL ME ONE MORE TIME” Fueling the Popularity of TOTOGA Once Again
[OSEN=정준화 기자] The title of the new song of JINUSEAN, a hip hop duo making a comeback in 11 years, has turned out to be “TELL ME ONE MORE TIME.”
In the morning of Apr. 9th, YG ENTERTAINMENT posted a teaser video on its official blog “YG Life,” announcing the title and comeback of JINUSEAN.
Their latest song is entitled “TELL ME ONE MORE TIME,” which is the second version of “TELL ME,” the song they released in 1997 and became enormously popular. The teaser video posted by the entertainment agency features a back silhouette of a woman along with the duo, drawing curiosity of many.
“TELL ME” was a legendary title song of JINUSEAN’s first album released in Mar. 1997, gaining enormous popularity and pioneering the spread of hip hop in Korea. The song was featured by Uhm Jung hwa, an actress and singer, and its choreography was also very popular.
Will JINUSEAN be able to demonstrate their popularity once again? At the moment, it seems quite likely. Their latest song is a club version of “TELL ME” and is likable by men and women of all ages. It is reportedly an even more exciting song than the original. In addition, TABLO, one of Korea’s leading hip hop artists and member of EPIK HIGH, also took part in the arrangement of the song.
And the music video has been featured by the participants of MBC’s entertainment program “Infinite Challenge – TOTOGA,” namely Yoo Jae-suk, Haha and Shoo – a member of the ‘90s girl group S.E.S. – as well as Seo Jang-hoon, a former-basketball-player-turned entertainer (exclusively reported by OSEN on Apr. 8, 2015). So, many fans are highly expectant of JINUSEAN’s new song.
Their song will be released on Apr. 15th in the form of a single, and they are also reportedly considering appearing in TV and radio programs as well.
