MINO X BOBBY (MOBB) topped American Billboard’s world albums chart
[동아닷컴=홍세영 기자] “MOBB”, a unit team formed by WINNER’s SONG MINHO and iKON’s BOBBY, has topped the world albums chart of American Billboard, a chart whose credibility is recognized worldwide.
As of September 21 at 10AM, MOBB’s first album “THE MOBB” took No.1 on American Billboard’s world albums chart, to boast their global influence and strong power on charts.
Before writing such record on American Billboard, MOBB already proved their worldwide popularity by topping the iTunes chart of seven countries: Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam, with new songs “HIT ME” and “FULL HOUSE” upon the songs’ release on September 9 at 0 o’clock.
MOBB is carrying out promotion titled “MOBB TOWN” which includes four events: V-APP countdown live-broadcasting; collaboration event with “PBA (PIZZA & BEER ASSOCIATION)” located on Gyeongridan-gil, Itaewon, Seoul; opening of MOBB STORE; and hip-hop club party “MOBB NIGHT”.
