SECHSKIES releases first new song in 16 years tonight [official announcement]

[동아닷컴=홍세영 기자] SECHSKIES has been turned out to be the artist for whom YG Entertainment (“YG”) unveiled a teaser poster on October 5 to draw keen attention from music fans.

YG drew keen attention by unveiling a poster announcing SECHSKIES’ new release on the company’s official blog on October 6 at 10AM. The poster says that SECHSKIES is releasing new songs tonight at 12 o’clock. 

That is SECHSKIES’ first new song in 16 years since the release of their last album in 2000. SECHSKIES used to be top idol boy group, but their career has been suspended indefinitely after the team’s abrupt breakup. However, after their recent decision for reunion, SECHSKIES has been working hard on their comeback with full support from YG. 

Notably, SECHSKIES mentioned their comeback and new songs at comeback concert “2016 SECHSKIES CONCERT ‘YELLOW NOTE” held at Olympic Gymnastics Arena in Seoul last month, to ask for fans’ interest and support. 

Music fans are paying keen attention to the new appeal to be presented by SECHSKIES’ first new songs in 16 years.
