On May 13, YANG HYUN SUK posted a picture of SECHSKIES taken right after winning the trophy on Music Core on his Instagram page. SECHSKIES won the No.1 spot on the chart of MBC’s Show! Music Core that day. It’s the first time they’ve won a trophy in a music show in 18 years. SECHSKIES’s last trophy was in 1999 with “HUNCH”.
After winning the trophy, SECHSKIES thanked YANG HYUN SUK. In response, YANG HYUN SUK posted a comment on his Instagram page wishing them all the best in the future.
This is the second trophy that SECHSKIES won with “BE WELL”, The first trophy was given on KBS 2TV’s Music Bank on May 12. SECHSKIES is exploring uncharted waters as a first-generation idol group, and expectations are running high for what the group will achieve in the future.
