“Let’s go to suck nectar”… iKON is coming back, MV teaser of “B-DAY” has been unveiled
[OSEN=이소담 기자] Today (May 22) in the morning, YG Entertainment unveiled a teaser film of “B-DAY”, one of the double title tracks of iKON’s new album, on the company’s official blog (www.yg-life.com).
In the teaser film, iKON members appear on the screen in a fascinating atmosphere. A mysterious dream-like world unfolds in front of the members of iKON wearing blue-colored lenses, evoking viewers’ curiosity.
The MV teaser of title track “BLING BLING” left a strong impression with catchy hip-hop rhythm perfect for disciplined group dance. Then, the teaser film of “B-DAY” unveiled today showed a unique concept, raising music fan’s in iKON’s comeback after one year of absence even higher.
“B-DAY” is a song with quick and intense beat, whose performance on the stage is expected to be very energetic.
In “B-DAY”, iKON wittily call themselves “honey bees” and part of its lyrics where B.I shouts “Let’s go to suck nectar” leaves a strong impression.
The English title of the song is “B-DAY” which is an abbreviation of birthday. It means “the birthday of bees”.
While people’s interest in iKON’s comeback is rising with the teaser images and films released day after day, music fans are paying keen attention to what kind of music iKON will present to the public for their comeback.
The music and videos of “BLING BLING” and “B-DAY”, the double title track of iKON’s new album, will be released on-line today (May 22) at 6PM. Then, at 8PM, iKON will meet fans in special V-LIVE broadcasting.
