Showcase for “MIXNINE” will be hosted… Title music will be unveiled right before the first episode is broadcasted
[스포츠조선=조윤선 기자] Reality competition program “MIXNINE” directed by producer Han Dong-cheol will host a showcase in the night a day before its first broadcasting.
The showcase of JTBC’s “MIXNINE” will be hosted on October 28 in the evening at KINTEX in Ilsan, Gyeonggi Province, to announce the cast members and the title music that have been kept secret so far. Male and female trainees who have passed the audition tour held across the nation will give their first official performance at the showcase.
So far, the judge panel of MIXNINE including YG’s head producer YANG HYUN SUK, BIGBANG’s TAEYANG, CL, Zion.T, and Park Jin Young have visited 70 music labels across Korea, to evaluate more than 400 trainees. Among them, the ones who have passed the strict evaluation will become “potential idol singers” to begin the competition to become the final winners who will actually debut as idol singers.
The fancy performances of the trainees to be unveiled at the showcase, as well as the title music of “MIXNINE” are drawing keen attention. Insiders of “MIXNINE” aroused music fans’ interest in the title music of the show by saying, “It is a fascinating song that is expected to create a great hit”.
“MIXNINE” that will discover new talents will communicate with the public from the showcase. Audience who will show continuous interest and affection in the show will be invited to the showcase. Application for attendance at the showcase will be received on JTBC “MIXNINE”s official website until the 26 this month.
“MIXNINE” is the first reality competition program directed by producer Han Dong-cheol after he joined YG Entertainment. Han has produced many famous music survival programs including Mnet’s “Produce 101” and “Show Me the Money 6”. The first episode of the process of discovering new talents in “MIXNINE” show will be broadcasted on JTBC on October 29 at 4:50PM.
