[CRAZY CHART] iKON’s New Single Coming Up While at “No. 1 For 38 Days”
[OSEN=이소담 기자] Boy-group iKON’s long-run is still ongoing for the 38th day.
As of March 3, 8 AM, iKON’s ‘LOVE SCENARIO’ is at no. 1 in 6 real-time charts in platforms including Melon, Bugs, Monkey 3, Olleh Music, Mnet Music, and Genie Music.
As a result, iKON topped the no. 1 spot for 38 days since the song was first released on January 25. Furthermore, they have topped monthly charts in 7 different platforms including Melon, Genie, Mnet, Naver, Soribada, Olleh, and Monkey 3 last month.
They also won 6 crowns in music broadcasts including MBC ‘Show! Music Core’ and SBS ‘Inkigayo’, as well as Mnet’s ‘M Countdown’ and KBS ‘Music Bank’ which they did not make appearance in.
Using this momentum, iKON will release a new single on the upcoming 5th. The title of the new single is ‘RUBBER BAND’, and is a collaborative work co-written and composed by iKON’s B.I and WINNER’s MINO for the first time since debut. Composer MILLENNIUM who worked with B.I on ‘LOVE SCENARIO’ participated on the creation as well.
February was iKON’s month, and it will be iKON vs. iKON on March.
