TREASURE Reveals ‘MMM’ Concept Video… Unveiled Visuals of 12 Members, ‘Fierce Aura’
[한국경제TV=유병철 기자] YG’s rookie grab TREASURE shook the global fans’ hearts with their irresistible whispers.
On November 5, YG Entertainment uploaded the concept video of ‘MMM’, the title song from TREASURE’s upcoming third single, and its D-1 poster.
TREASURE’s charisma stood out as their comeback was only a day ahead. The fierce groove of their upcoming Hip-hop single ‘MMM’ and the 12 members’ sophisticated mood and eyes looked fantastic.
The whispers of the members which said, ‘LET ME TREASURE YOU’, ‘MY BABE’, ‘WANT SOME MORE’ which sounded like the lyrics of ‘MMM’ were presented in mystic voices, making the fans’ hearts flutter.
YG also presented visuals of all 12 members of TREASURE, raising the heat on their comeback. All members of TREASURE in the poster wore black outfits while staring at the front, emitting their unrivaled auras.
With the ‘MMM’ dance performance teaser as the set, the members of TREASURE stood by each other to raise anticipation on their MV visual and the full song.
TREASURE will release their third single album ‘THE FIRST STEP : CHAPTER THREE’ and its Hip-hop title song ‘MMM’ on November 6 at 6 PM. The global fans are showing support on their upcoming single due to the fact that TREASURE will be presenting a song in Hip-hop, which is the biggest strength of YG music, in 3 months after making debut.
TREASURE has been pre-heating their popularity through an unprecedented promotion method. In addition to the individual member posters and concept videos, TREASURE has been revealing the dance performance teaser clips for ‘MMM’ starting from November 2, every midnight. A total of five 18-second teaser clips will be revealed. The revealed dance performance teasers reached a total of 4M views on YouTube.
After making debut on August 7, TREASURE has been expanding their influence in the global music market under YG’s fast·concentrated strategy. The 2 single albums they’ve released have sold almost 500 thousand copies, while songs ‘BOY’ and ‘I LOVE YOU’ were ranked at the top of various global charts in Japan and China.
Members CHOI HYUN SUK, YOSHI, and HARUTO were credited as lyricists on 3 consecutive single albums, while ASAHI was credited not only as a lyricist, but also as a composer for the first time as a member of TREASURE.
