TREASURE Reveals Line Friends Character Items
[텐아시아=우빈 기자] Characters of group TREASURE will be released.
On December 10 at 9 PM, character items created under the collaboration between TREASURE and Line Friends, the Global Creative Studio, will be revealed through Naver NOW.
TREASURE has been running ‘TREASURE STUDIO’ with Line Friends. It was an IP(Intellectual Property) development project of creating new characters that emphasize TREASURE’s unique individualities and character. The members of TREASURE have created the looks, inner character, and stories of each character while communicating with the global fans, which brought out heated reactions.
Teamed up in pairs, the 12 members of TREASURE received ideas on the character items that would fit well with each team, while the final products were completed reflecting the members’ ideas. Since they’ve received a lot of help from the fans, TREASURE will appear on ‘TREASURE STUDIO’ by Naver NOW., which will be broadcasted live on the 10th at 9 PM. The members will introduce the characters themselves, sketch items that would fit well with each character combination and share the results.
Furthermore, the team name of the completed 12 characters will also be revealed. The name will be finalized among candidates ‘TRUZ’ and ‘TRUD’, which have been put up for voting on social media. The name with the bigger vote count by the fans will be decided as the final name.
TREASURE has won the honor of winning the Rookie of the Year Award at the ‘2020 Asia Artist Awards’ as well as winning the Best New Male Artist Award and a Main Award at the ‘2020 Mnet Asian Music Awards’, in just 4 months after making debut.
The 3 single albums they’ve released since August have reached a total of over 700 thousand album sales, while all 3 title songs from the albums have topped global charts including the Top 100 chart of Line Music, which is Japan’s biggest music platform, as well as being ranked at no. 1 on Rakuten Music’s Real-time Comprehensive Rankings.
