BLACKPINK LISA’s First Solo Album Receives Over 700 Thousand Pre-Orders in 4 Days

[MK스포츠=김나영 기자] BLACKPINK LISA set a new record with her upcoming solo debut, proving her dominant global presence.

According to YG Entertainment, LISA’s solo single album ‘LALISA’ surpassed 700 thousand pre-orders in 3 days(as of August 30th) after pre-orders began on the 26th.

Despite being the first aggregation record, it is already the biggest number of pre-orders made in K-Pop female solo artist history. Since the album release date is approximately 10 days after, the orders are expected to continue.

Orders came in from not only Korea, but also the US, China, Japan, Europe, and countries in Southeast Asia. One can spot LISA’s strong presence within the global music industry, while the people are looking forward to the new milestones in K-Pop female solo artist history to be set by LISA.

With her amazing dance skills, rap skills, and gorgeous appearance, LISA created perfect harmony with BLACKPINK members as well as presenting her strong charisma during her solo parts.

The people are paying keen attention since LISA will now present her capabilities as a solo artist in full through the album ‘LALISA’, the album titled after her own name. YG noticed music expressing LISA’s identity and the peak of her performances surpassing the charisma she has been presenting until now.

Meanwhile, physical copies of LISA’s ‘LALISA’ will be released in 3 different formats including CD, KiT, and LP. Music will be released on September 10 at 0 AM in US Eastern Time and at 1 PM in Korea Standard Time.
