[Last Night’s Story] MIX & MATCH Global Vote Result Out: Fan’s Preference Is…?

[엑스포츠뉴스=남금주 기자] KOO JUNHOE, KIM DONGHYUK and SONG YUNHYEONG on MIX & MATCH stood at the top range, proving their power of TEAM B.
On the 7th episode of Mnet’s MIX & MATCH aired on Oct 23, the global voting site was unveiled.
The members who arrived in Osaka had free time before the final match. KOO JUNHOE and KIM JINHWAN rode the transparent see-through Ferris wheel, looking grim. B.I went to the zoo alone and took pictures with the animals, while BOBBY and KIM DONGHYUK went to the amusement park to enjoy their break.
Starting from Osaka, the members moved on to Beijing and Seoul to meet the fans. They couldn’t hide their excitement for their very first fan-meeting, and the fans cheered enthusiastically. They sang “WAIT FOR ME” for the first time as 9 members, and they had a good bonding time with the fans by having Questions-and-Answers session.
Apart from B.I, BOBBY and KIM JINHWAN who are fixed members of iKON, the rest appealed to the fans by doing a moonwalk, showing cute smiles and revealing their abs.
The results were finally unveiled, and in Osaka, SONG YUNHYEONG came in #1 while KIM DONGHYUK #2, KOO JUNHOE #3, JUNG JINHYUNG #4. KOO JUNHOE ranked #1 in Beijing, followed by SONG YUNHYEONG, KIM DONGHYUK and JUNG CHANWOO. The Korean fans cast the biggest number of vote on KOO JUNHOE as well, followed by KIM DONGHYUK, SONG YUNHYEONG and JUNG CHANWOO.
So the original 3 members safely came into the top range in all three countries. JUNG CHANWOO also attracted much attention by coming in #4 in Beijing and Seoul. Now all eyes are on the show to see how this global voting will affect the final result.
The final match to be aired on Oct 30 will consist of free, self-composed and dance battles. The decision is 30% dependent on the judges and 70% on the viewers. The viewer voting includes Korea-China-Japan Global Voting, On-site Viewer, Text and Mobile and more.
