The news of completion of SECHSKIES’ new song reported exclusively by Daily Sports on August 30 and the news that the song was written by YG producers are welcomed by fans. Fans were paying keen attention to which producer of YG wrote SECHSKIES’ first new song in 16 years.

FUTURE BOUNCE is the producer who produced the debut song of BLACKPINK who is sweeping top places on charts to gain the nickname of “monstrous rookie”. FUTURE BOUNCE wrote BLACKPINK’s “WHISTLE”. BLACKPINK took No.1 on music charts and in TV music shows with “WHISTLE”.

TABLO has proven his talent as a producer by working on not only EPIK HIGH’s albums but also songs of many idol singers and vocalists.

SECHSKIES is expected to show a whole new outcome with the song co-written by TABLO and FUTURE BOUNCE, totally differentiated from their past hit songs including “School Byeolgok”, “Couple”, “Comeback”, and “The Way This Guy Lives”.

SECHSKIES holds a concert for 20,000 fans on September 10 and 11, at Olympic Gymnastics Arena in Seoul. The concert is expected to be filled with the big passion of fans who have long been longing for SECHSKIES’ reunion. The news of SECHSKIES’ new song is raising fans’ anticipation even higher.

YG Entertainment is sparing no support for SECHSKIES’ first concert in 16 years. YG is doing its best for the best quality of the concert, recording more than 20 songs of SECHSKIES again from scratch and mixing them in the United States.

An YG insider said, “It was not easy to find accompanying music for SECHSKIES’ songs and YG does not use accompanying music for TV shows for concerts. As echo is generated and sound is distorted according to the size and circumstances of concert halls, we’re now working hard to best-customize the sound for the environment at Olympic Gymnastics Arena”.
