YG TREASURE’s Extreme Gap Crush Shown When Camera ON-OFF, Makes ‘Hearts Flutter’
[한경닷컴=이준현 기자] YG’s rookie group TREASURE made the fans’ hearts flutter with their extreme gap crush shown in and out of the camera.
On November 18, YG Entertainment uploaded the 16th episode of TREASURE’s self-produced content, ‘T.M.I’ (Treasure Maker Interaction). The video showed the album shooting scene for their third single album ‘THE FIRST STEP : CHAPTER THREE’.
TREASURE shot their album cover in 4 different concepts. The first shooting began between the green trees. While wearing white outfits, the members of TREASURE reminded the viewers of a cosmetics commercial while making fresh smiles.
During their shooting with black outfits, TREASURE emitted their chic charms. While taking a stroll near a calm lake, the members of TREASURE selected a ‘fall playlist recommended for TREASAURE Makers’. PARK JEONG WOO revealed his aspects as the main vocalist by stating, “I recommend a song titled ‘COME TO ME’ by a group called TREASURE” and singing the song with his soft voice. JIHOON presented an acapella of the ‘I LOVE YOU’ acoustic version, presenting autumn vibes.
When the cameras at the scene other than the self-cam were turned on, the members let go of their beagle-like charms and emitted fierce charisma, showing sincere and heated passion.
The third shooting was done in blue tone. TREASURE’s freshness stood out as they pulled off various poses freewheelingly. After completing their fourth shooting in casual outfits, the members of TREASURE stated, “We’ll now see you in the amazing stage” with their bright and jolly energy.
Meanwhile, TREASURE released their third single album ‘THE FIRST STEP : CHAPTER THREE’ on the 6th. The title song ‘MMM” from the album topped Japan Line Music’s Top 100 chart and Rakuten Music’s Real-time Comprehensive rankings, as well as being ranked at no. 1 on iTunes charts in 8 different countries.
Furthermore, they charted-in on 93 regional charts of Spotify and Apple Music, spreading their popularity not only in Japan and China, but also in South East Asian countries including Indonesia and Thailand. TREASURE is also regarded as the strongest nominee for the rookie of the year award at major award ceremonies such as ‘MAMA(Mnet ASIAN MUSIC AWARDS)’, raising the global fans’ expectations.
