Finale of TAEYANG’s First Solo Tour in Japan… With GD’s Surprise Appearance
[엑스포츠뉴스=정희서 기자] Group BIGBANG’s TAEYANG has successfully rounded off his first solo tour in Japan.
TAEYANG kicked off his first solo tour in Japan “SOL JAPAN TROU ‘RISE’ 2014” by holding concert at Grand Cube Osaka on the 12 and 13 last month.
The finale concert of the tour that drew total 700,000 people to 13 concerts in six cities was held on the 3 and 4 this month, at Osaka-jo Hall, where TAEYANG electrified fans with his outstanding singing and powerful dance performance.
On the stage of the finale concert, TAEYANG disclosed his muscular upper body while singing “BEAUTIFUL”, making fans’ hearts beat. He invited a fan upon the stage when singing “I NEED A GIRL”, to give a surprise present of his sweet voice.
The parade of TAEYANG’s hit songs including “RINGA LINGA”, “1AM”, and the Japanese version of “EYES, NOSE, LIPS” that swept on-line music charts and music shows in Korea, was acclaimed by the audience.
Notably, at the concert held on the last day of the tour, on the 4 this month, TAEYANG said, “Ladies and gentlemen, I’d like to introduce my friend from Korea, G-DRAGON” while singing “STAY WITH ME”. Then, G-DRAGON who featured for the song came upon the stage unexpectedly, captivating the audience. The audience, TAEYANG, and G-DRAGON became united, singing the chorus of the song “stay with me” all together.
TAEYANG sang BIGBANG’s “BAD BOY”, “FANTASTIC BABY”, and Korean version of “EYES, NOSE, LIPS” in encore, to successfully wrap up his first solo tour in Japan. He expressed his thanks to fans by saying, “I could end my first solo tour in Japan successfully thanks to your love and support. I’ll become even better with your love and support”.
